At Vibeauty.me, we deliver your orders safely and quickly through our approved shipping partner, Aramex.

1. Delivery Times

Greater Cairo and Alexandria:

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered within 24 working hours.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are delivered within 48 working hours.

Delta, Canal and Upper Egypt governorates: delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

2. Packaging and Inspection on Delivery

• All products are shipped in secure, fully sealed parcels to protect the safety and hygiene of cosmetic and personal-care products.
• You may inspect the outside of the parcel on delivery before paying the courier.
• Because of the sensitive, hygiene-related nature of these products, the product's own packaging may not be opened or tested in front of the courier. After delivery, our Return & Exchange Policy applies to any defect or damage.

3. Reduced Shipping Fees

To give you the best shopping experience, Vibeauty.me covers part of the actual shipping cost. The shipping fee charged per order is:

• Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: EGP 60
• Delta governorates and Canal cities: EGP 70
• Upper Egypt governorates: EGP 80
• Upper Egypt districts and remote areas: EGP 90

Free shipping on all orders over EGP 999.

4. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused when the courier arrives, and the products are not damaged or defective, the customer must pay the return shipping fees in line with the shipping company's policy.
