All products offered in the store are 100% original cosmetic and personal-care products sourced from GEM Group, the official distributor of these brands in Egypt. The store makes no medical or therapeutic claims. All products are for external, cosmetic use only.

2. Orders and Prices

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Available payment methods are cash on delivery (COD) and online payment.
• We may reject or cancel any order, including confirmed orders, if a product is incorrectly priced or out of stock. We will inform you immediately if this happens.
• Before confirming an order, we may ask you to verify details such as your phone number and address.

3. Delivery

Orders are delivered through our partner shipping companies. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. You must provide an accurate address and a working phone number to ensure your order is delivered on time.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
